Episode Number(s)

"Wedding episode" is the second part of a special set of episodes for City 17 Street which takes the perspective of Gordon Freeman. However taking inspiration from the famous webcomic Concerned: The Half-Life and Death of Gordon Frohman, Gordon Freeman's depiction in the specials is more comedic and taken less seriously than his journey in Half-Life 2.

The specials were originally written to bridge a weekly gap between the episodes "Chain Reactions" and "The Mission", but where later bundled as part of the fourth series of the "Half-Life" era.

This episode also features the debut appearance of Gina Cross, who appeared as a hologram as part of the training course in the original Half-Life and one of two playable characters in the PS2 game Half-Life Decay.

Gordon Freeman ties the knot with Gina Cross at the 17 Church. After they are married Gina decides to throw her bouquet of flowers to see who is the next bride. As the females of City 17 scramble, the one who gets hold of them is the Female Vortigaunt, who lets a worried G-Man know who she wants to make her groom.
